Disconnecting your Cue College Account from Third Party Websites

Cue College uses the online education platform, Canvas, provided by Instructure. When a course is purchased in the Cue College Cue Store, a registration is created for the user to login to their Cue College account on the Instructure website. Cue College also uses a Customer Resource Management system known as Salesforce. We use Salesforce to create customer contact records, product purchase records by customer, and student transcripts by customer. We also use the e-commerce platform WooCommerce, which will keep a record of any customer purchases. Users may contact us via email or telephone if, for any reason, they wish to have their Canvas and/or Salesforce and/or WooCommerce accounts removed.

E-mail Communications

From time to time, Cue College may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Cue College, you may opt out of such communications by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE button.

We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.
